Erdinger Weiss, 4/6pk NR 12z (Solid Case)

Erdinger is actually a hefeweizen that includes some of the properties of the Oktoberfest style. What an interesting hybrid. It pours to a dark gold/light orange, extremely cloudy complexion. There is a lot of carbonation noticeable. The head is a perfectly-proportioned, creamy, bright white mass that never dissipates and leaves a lot of lacing on the glass.
