Viu Manent Sauvignon Blanc, 1pk 750ml

The grapes are sourced from the San Carlos vineyard that features free-draining alluvial loam/clay soils. The fruit was night-harvested to keep the grapes cool before they were fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then aged on light lees in stainless steel tanks before being filtered and bottled.
